I've recently moved to the Chicago area and have found the best pet care location in the area. Chloe is my best friend and I'm very critical as to where she stays and how she is cared for when I travel. I fortunately have found that place in Jeanettes PAWS in the Plainfield area. Not only does she have the best place for Chloe, Chloe now has a buddy at Jeanettes PAWS named Sadie! Chloe has changed after staying at Jeanettes PAWS and that change is positive!! I would recommend Jeanettes PAWS to anyone that is looking for a place that truly cares for their best friend when they can't be with them! A true dog loving environment!!

We used Jeanette for the first time in Feb 2019, based on a referral from a good friend. Jeanette watched our 9 year old dog for 2.5 weeks. She helped us on very short notice, when our prior dog sitter had an unexpected conflict only a few days before our trip. We are very pleased with how she managed our dog, and based on this experience, she will be our primary sitter going forward.

Specifically, she was very prompt and professional in communicating with us before, during and after the trip. She made sure to ask about any specific needs for our dog, and did a great job of managing his requirements. She sent us some nice pictures during the stay, and was quick to respond to any questions.

Our dog came back happy, healthy and well adjusted. What more can we ask. Great job, Jeanette. We definitely recommend her.

Jeanette watched our 2 year old lab Baron. It was last minute and she was very accommodating. After meeting Jeanette, we felt very comfortable leaving Baron with her. He was well taken care of and we loved the daily pictures and updates. We definitely will be using Jeanette again.

Jeanette was like an angel, I was in a pickle and she had availability for Buddy for the 3 days I needed, it was a short notice but she was able to accommodate. We did a visit before the actual stay, I loved her set-up for the dogs. Plenty of room and outside play area. I was truly happy with what I saw. I felt as if I was dropping Buddy off to summer camp. I knew Buddy was happy to come for his stay, as soon as he saw the house he started to run towards the house. Jeanette is very professional, and will keep you informed. I’ll be back as long as availability is there if needed. We will be back!

Jeanette is absolutely amazing!! She is my go to sitter for my dog when I am traveling for work. When I first scheduled with her, she was very professional, responded in a timely manner and asked all the right questions that most boarding and care places sometimes forget. She made sure to understand MY dog fully; his eating habits, allergies, medication needs, his play style and overall temperament as well as walked me through what his entire stay will consist of while he was in her care! Whatever rules you have in your house with your dog, she does a great job to maintain those good behaviors while your dog is in her care! She sent me daily updates and photos throughout his stay which put me at ease! I absolutely love having such a trustworthy and attentive dog sitter for my boy Frank!

The absolute best excellent care for my most trustworthy friend Jojo. Jeanette is just a wonderful help when I am traveling. Jeanette provides a great environment where JoJo is not forced to be crated. JoJo can play with the other dogs or go off on her own. I think JoJo may prefer Jeanette's home to my own. I know when I'm working or on vacation JoJo is safe and well taken care of and also on vacation .

Jeanette is the best dog sitter ever. Her communication is excellent. My dog Buttercup just loves her and gets so excited as we are pulling up to her house. Buttercup has literally jumped out of my car window to get to her and go play. Jeanette is keen on sending updated pictures of play, rest and their tongues hanging out because the play time was so awesome! Jeanette is amazing and such a great caretaker for my fluffy baby! We recently went on vacation and this was the first time we left our dog without a family member taking care of him. Needless to say I was nervous but Jeanette was wonderful. She is so caring and loving of pets. She snuggles with them, loves him as her own. She took pictures and kept me up to date on everything. We had a health issue and she called me right away and even checked on him after we got back. I will use Jeannette for any of our dogs petting sitting needs.

We have 1 dog, Natalie and she is a rescue dog. She is 4 years old and we have had her almost a year. We were going on vacation and needed someone to care for her. We were not sure how she was around other dogs except in a pet store or on 1 outing we went to on a leash. We met Jeanette and her dogs at her clean, organized, dog friendly home. Natalie immediately fit right in. While on our vacation Jeanette sent us pictures. At first Natalie looked sad, but as time went on she was so happy. We picked her up and for the next week Natalie was so sad because she missed her friends. Jeanette stated Natalie was welcome to come back any time. Jeanette was awesome! This was the first time she watched my pup and she will definitely be my regular go to person now! She sent updates/pictures of him while he was there and he was worn out when I went to pick him up so I know he got plenty of playtime!
